1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kk4444 ("kk4444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kk4444 website, mobile interface, gaming products, sports betting services, payment facilities, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the kk4444 Platform at any given time. Multiple accounts opened by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment method credentials — constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kk4444 reserves the right to close all but the earliest registered account, void any bonuses or promotional winnings credited to the duplicate accounts, and apply a temporary or permanent restriction on the player's access to the Platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, kk4444 may require full identity verification including NID, proof of address, and payment method confirmation.
• Withdrawals of any bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.
• kk4444 aims to process approved withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for MFS channels during normal operating conditions. Complex cases or large amounts may require additional review and may take up to 72 hours.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

Upon legitimate account termination at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
